Finnish Film Night: Weds 2/22 at 6pm at UC Berkeley Showing "Prinsessa"

Hei kaikki!

It’s time for a Finnish film night! This coming Wednesday, February 22, at 6 p.m. I’ll be showing a film called Prinsessa – a movie based on a true story of a woman who believes to be a genuine princess.

Synopsis: Prinsessa – Princess (2010)
The movie is based on a true story of Anna Lappalainen – a cabaret dancer who was given away as a child and placed in several foster homes. In the end, she ends up in a mental institution where the staff realize that she believes to be a member of the British royalty. Despite her condition, she manages to bring joy wherever she goes capturing the hearts of those around her.
